Studio
Mise-En-Scene
1) At the start of the show you can see two
presenters standing in front a desk which as two huge screens opposite each
other. They can also see the back of the studio in the background.
2) At the start of the show the presenters are
standing in front of the desk but then they move and sit next to it mid-way
through the programme. I think they did this because they want the audience to
feel like they are actually having a conversation with the presenters.
3) Right before the show starts it pans out into
the studio and you can see all the technology and camera men. This suggests to
the audience that they are prepared and they are professional and ready to tell
the news.
4) They use the colours of the brand around the
studio to tell the audience that they are watching channel 4 news.

e.g. voting for the next political party to run the government. They also give
